Payments
Checkout currently runs in test mode and no real payment is taken. We do not receive, store or transmit your card details, including test card details. When live payments are introduced, they will be handled by a payment provider, and we will update this policy before they begin.
Who we share data with
We share data only with people who help us run the service, under appropriate terms:
- Our website hosting and email providers, who store and deliver the site and messages.
- Google, for Google Analytics 4, and only if you consent.
- A payment provider, once live payments are introduced.
- Our accountant and professional advisers, and public authorities where the law requires.
We do not sell your data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
International transfers
Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area (for example Google), we rely on an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses to protect it.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not lead to a project: up to 12 months.
- Order and billing records: six years, as required for tax records.
- Project files and correspondence: for the length of the project and a reasonable period afterwards, normally up to two years, unless you ask us to remove them sooner and the law allows.
- Analytics data: according to Google Analytics retention settings, not longer than 14 months.
- Cookie consent record: up to 12 months.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, delete, restrict or move your personal data, and to object to our processing. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Withdrawing does not affect processing that happened before. To use any of these rights, email support@askprodesign.com. We reply within one month.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, please tell us first. You also have the right to complain to the Data Protection Commission (DPC), 21 Fitzwilliam Square South, Dublin 2, D02 RD28, Ireland, at dataprotection.ie.
Security
We limit access to personal data, use encrypted connections (HTTPS) and ask providers to protect it. No online service is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This site is for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Cookies
We explain cookies and similar technologies in our Cookie Policy.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version. Material changes are flagged on the site.
